what you said is, the fishermen from buggs, only
need to fish 4 tournaments, or pay for the season,to earn a berth in the top 100.
the folks on the James have to fish 6 to be sure of getting to the top 50,
so they can fish the top 100
don't hardly seem fair,do it.
