This is a great tournament but is it the most well run everyone says? It reminds me of a mini Pro Am the circle before take off, flags, chips and raffle. If it is the best you all need to go OTHER PLACES to fish!!!!!!! I also agree with Ken, any tournament that does not pay back your entry in the last money spot is not the best. This series should be called the River King Tour not tournament trail b/c it does not trail anywhere but osbourne landing!!!!!!!!!

How many other tournaments do you fish for a $80.00 entry fee that guarantees 20 places. Noone forces you to fish. You have the option. Oh why dont find another one that pays 100 of entry money back. And you call me the pot stirrer. People need to relize that this tournament is still pretty young. Alot of changes have been made since the begining that I think people take for granted. Like not having to park in that little lot at hopewell or paying a ramp fee that seems to increase every year. The actual weigh-in has gotten smoother and blast off is ok too. Any time you see an improvement in the way a tournament is run where do you think the $'s come from. Its all about have the fairest most consistant, honest event you can put on, and its not free. If the tourn director keeps $ so what, you know every tourn how much $ you could win for each place. Every tourn could pay back better if you really want to b###h about it, but its not your call. I myself hosted a 100% payback tournament for a couple of years and I can tell you it aint cheap. If the entry fee was increased then the pay back would be increased but whats the point. if you want to fish for real good $ you have to pay real good $ and membership fees and travel expenses, everyone needs to stop complaining about and either fish or don't, you act like kim and wayne are reaching in your pocket and helping themselves. --Previous Message-- : Everyone has the right to say something, : however, please be man enough to actually : put your real name up here so we can truly : discuss your concerns.
