Southern does a great job developing a team. You can have alot of talent and not make it to districts. Give the Southern coaches credit for staying on focus and getting there team to states year after year. The other coaches should look at what this group of coaches from Southern are doing right. Kids who are disciplined and dedicated to the sport and their coaches. As a coach or, manager, CEO etc a leader who will gain the respect from their team. This respect combined with fairness, excellent skills in developing younger players, and knowledge of the game and being able to communicate this to his assisants and then tranfering the motavation to the players, who in turn ececute the plays are the winners. League-Districts-STATES, please do not knock the results of hard work. GO AND DOE SOMETHING BESIDES COMPLAIN and HELP YOU TEAM. Be a doer and NOT a complainer, the world has alot of Monday morning quaterbacks get involved.
