i agree 100% with fees....the past couple years tamaqua may have had the talent but they didn't have the coaching and they never hit the weightroom...now with Sam Bonner at coach Tamaqua definately has the coaching and will def. be hitting the weights 100% more then the team did with thie last coach...Bonner already has the team going though a weightroom routine and he was more or less qouted "if you don't come to lift, don't expect to play!" tamaqua well have the coaching and size next year but will they have the talent they had last year???
