as for seeds 2008....have lots of opuntia seed saved from `07 so will plant to see what happens. am hoping for an interesting cross or hybrid since some species bloom-time overlapped & plenty of flying insects who knows? even so it will be some time before i know for sure. have some yucca divisions in 1 gallon pots that will probably be planted out, the remainder of my small plants are in 4" square pots(agave,yucca,hesperaloe)so they will stay for another season. most are from your seeds ian. as for additional species have been thinking about agave montana,ovatifolia & possibly a couple more yucca, would like to try a nolina,dasyliron for the first time. have any of you had a look at the new proposed 2006 usda zone maps? happened to pick up a january 2008 magazine with an article on the subject. georgia has been changed so the the deep southern portion is now zone-9,only far north mountains are zone-7, almost all the state is now zone-8, which includes me. would like to hear anyone`s comments when you have look at the new map! later,randy
