When you pot up plants, what do you do with the cuttings/divisions?

I pretty much want as many plants as I can get, so when I am potting up an Agave or Yucca I always separate all the offsets and pot them up individually. I frequently take Opuntia cuttings and other cactus propagules at potting time as well. What do you do with your cactus and succulent offsets/cuttings?
