I know we have a couple people from wastern Washington watching this board. I'm curious to know if there are any ocotillo plants that have succeeded in eastern Washington especially in the Tri Cities area. Seems like it ought to work if one started with a good hardy provenance. The range up to about 7,000' east of Silver City, New Mexico.
