Thinking of getting a Nari Pon

Hi All, I don't have one yet but am very drawn to these cuties! Can you guys tell me if they are all the same size (about 4" or so?) and are they unisex? I'm thinking of getting one that says it's a boy but wonder if he could also be a girl. And what is a reasonable price for them? Thanks a bunch!
