I may be misinterpreting this, One of the differences that I found was that in his article, Ladd suggests in order to maximize "expediency" (which is apparentally vital for profit seeking organizations
) moral individuals should should just go along with what is required by the compnay. Friedman on the other hand, stipulates that the individual holds a unique choice in that the individual doesn't have to "just go along" with the organization. If an individual doesn't like the practices of a company, Friedman says that that individual should choose to spend their time/money/employment somewhere else.
