The reading assignments are on the 3rd page of the syllabus. It seems to be done in segments:

I. Introduction: Moral Judgments and Normative Ethics (January 5-12)
John-Paul Sartre, “Existentialism is Humanism”
Immanuel Kant, “Good Will, Duty, and the Categorical Imperative”
John Stuart Mill, “Utilitarianism”
----------
I take this to mean that you should finish reading all three of those assignments by the last day that professor Comisso will be lecturing on this segment (Monday, Jan 12), preferably before if you want to have any prior knowledge while she lectures.
