Regarding the second part of the question... Remembering from the discussion, a utilitarianist's moral rules would be derived from the "max utility," as opposed to Kant's moral rules, which are derived from good will, are right in themselves, and does not depend on the utility or the consequences? Is that the basic idea? Is there other differences between these two?
