From the pro-choice standpoint, I would say that the doctors definitely have the right to refuse to care for her if she does not agree to the terms. The reason I say this is because the woman does not have a right to force the doctors to do something they do not wish to do, but I'm sure there would be other doctors who would be willing to care for her according to the way the woman wants. While the mother has the right to choose when it comes to decisions about her body, the right to choose cannot hinge on forcing someone else to do what they do not want to do (I cant say that I choose to have an "A" in this class and expect you to just give it to me if you don't want!). This can also be seen in some stores who clearly display the sign "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone." As long as policy did not interfere and abortions were legal (which my pro-choice stance would prefer), the doctors performing abortions have the right to refuse service since the woman cannot force the doctors to do something they do not wish to do, but again, I'm sure there would be other doctors willing to do the service.
