It's not so much that war should be avoided, I believe war while horrible it may be for its destruction, is a human characteristic. Which by that sense, it could be said that all wars isn't immoral since its simply a quality of humans. However that does open the question I could imagine of what then is a just war. You can go even further and ask in terms of just war who exactly are we looking at? Individuals like generals and soldiers? Or do we look at war in terms of states? because if its just states then you could just argue descriptive realism
But anyways, the main reason of posting up the video is just to see what people might think in terms of who exactly is a military target in these days, similar if not exact to what BBC was trying to point out.
