I'm just re-reading Lackey's section on terrorism now. I had forgotten how exciting that raid on Entebbe had been (if you guys saw "The Last King of Scotland" you know who Idi Amin is). Anyway, I think the 19% chance derives from there having been 107 hostages, 20 of which would have been killed in the hypothetical raid, one of which might have been you.
Do you buy Lackey's argument re the questionable moral permissibility of the raid?
