I definitely consider it torture, but I've never seen a video of it being done until now. I was surprised to see how little water was needed to cause Hitchens to lose his breath and release/throw the metal bar. When I did a bit of research on waterboarding for a high school paper, I remember reading the it mimics the feeling of suffocation (waterboarding is a form of induced dry drowning) and causes the victim to believe they're going to die soon. But even now, I have trouble grasping how it feels to be tortured that way. Not that I want it done to me, but I am curious. o_O
