Ok, I’m not saying that governments should not do anything in the event of a terrorist attack. I’m trying to explain why determining the best response is so difficult.
Also, luckily, earth is not an isolated system (or even a closed one), so there’s plenty of room to organize, it’s just more difficult than letting it slide into disorder.
So I guess I’m not exactly sure what my point was either, I just wanted to bring up some ideas to think about that I thought were relevant.
