i read this article the other day and thought that it had to deal with business ethics also.

But aren't doctors obligated by a different kind of oath to always treat those who are needy? the conflict here i think is that doctors don't see it that way, and just see it as a way to make more money. in a socialized country like romania, what then is the incentive to become a doctor if the pay is bad anyway? why not become a different profession and take the bribes then. if one becomes a doctor, isn't it to help people out in the first place?
