Good doctors do not become doctors for the money. However, In my opinion, money is a light incentive to go the extra mile...that is, to build a larger clientele of trusting patients. If you look at former communist countries such as the Soviet Union, the medical profession was rather lackluster. However, I can not see how these doctors can be any better than doctors who make large profits. There are still good or bad doctors. If I go to see a doctor it doesn't matter whether he is rich or making a banking on my visit. As long as he is a good doctor and gets the job done that should be enough in itself.
