I believe with 3 final exams on one day you can allow him/her to take it at another time, though you are not obligated to.
From "About Exams" section on Tritonlink:
"If a student's class schedule has three final exams on the same day, the student can request an alternative final exam time from a faculty member. However, faculty are not obligated to accommodate the request."

Interestingly enough, even with 4 exams on a single day the student does not seem to have a right to reschedule it as they believe the student should have viewed the final exam schedule when enrolling.
