I have been unable to reach the webmaster since Friday. As I result, I've also been unable to post either the instructions or the text of the optional prompt on the web page. The best i can do is periodically put it up here. So, below is the Sunday morning posting.
Please note: ONLY the case studies listed on this optional prompt below can be discussed. NO credit will be given if you discuss one of the regular case studies required for the first, mandatory part of the exam. We do not give extra credit for doing the reading that is required for the course.
Please note also: The case study dealing with the bonuses includes TWO articles as they appear on the web page. The original article, on executive pay, included the piece on "Titans"--we simply were unable to reproduce the full article as a single post. But you should include BOTH articles in your discussion if you include this item.

We shall distribute the question at the exam. No need to bring a copy with you.
Finally, please remember that simply answering the optional prompt does NOT guarantee getting any extra credit or bump up in your final grade. ONLY answers judged of a quality that is B+ or better--and there is no curve here--will receive the extra credit.
