IF they aren't removed, they WILL continue to appear, especially if they are cancerous. Don't just drain them - get 'em all the way out. Yes, it IS possible that they will come back (they are boxers and they are prone to tumors). But:
IF they aren't removed, they will continue to cause her all kinds of trouble and bleed and she will cry and be miserable, and possibly die (that's what cancer does, you know).
Yes, please. If you love your dog and want her around, please remove them. It shouldn't be about the money (though I DO understand the issues here). It's for your best friend.
