Kristen, if the one tumor was biopsied as malignant, there is now question it needs to come off immediately. The one on her ear sounds like it is a tag (basically a dark little growth}. These are most often not malignant. however, my ChynaGirl did have one that was malignant along w/several other mast cell tumors, one of which caused her to lose 2 toes. If Chad thinks the $200 is too much the damage malignant tumors cause is astronomical. I think we went through this money thing and the dogs with Chad several years ago. It seesm he gets a nice size check once a year for a claim. Tell him to cough up the $300 for a family member. I'll bet he has a really nice truck and some type of expensive hobby. You and your kids love these dogs, and although I don't support any heroic methods to keep them alive when they are desperately ill, if we want them, we need to take care of them. Tell Chad that humans w/tumors most often have no pain either, but cancer does spread. As I told you before, when Chyna had to have expensive surgery, I had 2 kids in college, and I had to get a 2nd job to pay for it. I know your kids are young and that is not possible. Please remember what Kyrra has just been through in losing Sagie Sue to those awful mast cell tumors. You are a good doggie Mom, and you are all they have to depend on as a caregiver. Good luck and I wish you well.
