People doctors and animal doctors. Rates seem reasonable, but if you can't \ don't want to qualify for a credit card it probably won't work for you. I was thinking it would be good for my sister who refuses to get herself tangled up with credit cards nowdays. She couldn't get into to much trouble with this sort of credit since it's good only for medical stuff. Don't know if she'd qualify or not though.
