I know how desperately hard it is to be with a pet that is "family". We read about owners who think they can't do it........
I have a hard time with that....this has been a member of your family.....HOW can you not be there when they are "eased over"?
Many thoughts about what it must have been like to not be with her.....my heart breaks for you.
It sounds like your friend is "an eccentric dog lover" who did everything you would have done if you'd been there.
It is no one's fault - it is something you could not have changed.
Hope will be meeting SO many much-loved Boxers - her family as well as all the dogs her Mama knew.
I KNOW Hope will be comfortable and happy at the Bridge.
