...as an aside. About week or two after we brought Hachi home, we found two kittens at the same place were we had found Tiberius earlier. They were eight weeks old and that was exactly how long it had been since I had sent Jonesy across the bridge. I have a number of little "reasons" but basically, I think those kittens are Jonesy and his mom, Olivia, reborn.
At least I feel better thinking that. So that means I can feel better about Hachi, who surely had some place to go and a timeline that could not be postponed.
