My heart goes out to you and Pat. When I was a child we had a boxer named Mitzi. She was kept away from all other dogs because if she got loose, she would go after any dog she saw.
I love all animals and I saw a man kicking her in the head with brogan boots because she was trying to kill his beagle. We kept a choker chain on her at all times and even this strong man could not physically pull her off his dog.
She was never aggressive towards the people trying to stop the fight but it was like nothing could break her focus.
I knew you had Zeke, but tell me about Danno. Are they similar in size/weight? Have you seen either one of them to be the "touchy" one? Is this the first time they have gotten into it?
Where was Sera when the fight started and how did she react? Pat, hugs to you for having such a frightening experience. Are Danno and Zeke "best buds" usually?
What are some of the suggestions your trainer has offered?
I don't get here as often as I like, but I am glad to see some familiar names in their posts.
