is it interference on the runner going to 1st if the 1st baseman bumps her while going after a foul ball in front of the dugout?
also, is it obstruction if the 1st baseman is in the line(b4 the ball gets there) on a pickoff play at 1st and the runner hits her foot instead of the bag when she tries to go back?
