I wasn't complaining about the guidelines or a refund. But, I was a bit miffed about the field assignments for the 16U bracket. While the 18U teams had an entire complex and the two best fields at the 16U venue, we got pushed - at the last minute - off the nicer fields and onto fields with no warm-up area at all. But, lesson learned. I won't take another 16U team to a Baseliners' showcase, now that it's apparent they treat those teams as second class citizens, IMO.
