I'm not a huge believer in the conditioning peice at this age. I was part of a team that spent a large portion of the winter "conditioning". So we were in great shape as we watched the other girls hit the ball and run around the bases ad nousium....and we didn't.....athough every girl could do 20 push ups without any problem. We currently do strength development drills for the core and shoulders but that is about it. My advice, spend your time pounding home the fundamentals.
