My daughter's team played in Williamston in September and we thought they were playing by that rule but apparently exceptions were made. We played a Carolina team that had a 13 year old guest player and she jacked a ball over the left field fence at about 215' on us. We won the game, so we weren't about to protest, plus it was considered a warm up game. Then we saw her pitching in a game later that day against another team. She wasn't there on Sunday. I think the rule is great but only if it is truly enforced.
