Who is performing the QA check on directors? The Chesapeake Director doesn't have a clue about softball. I can assure you that you will get zero teams signing up for anything that individual is heading up.
No more than two years ago he tried to put 10 players on the field during his first tournament as a coach and then had no clue regarding the 3rd strike dropped steal an unoccupied first base rule. There is much more evidence regarding his lack of knowledge of the game and decision making skills.
He gives great power point...but that's about it.
This decision must be reversed!
