You are correct, what he wears has no bearing on the issue and really..who cares.
He does't have any priors...so thus far I'm not aware that he has had the opportunity to perform in the director role.
However, as a director there are occasions that you will have to make decisions that impact the outcome of a game and/or tournament.
As a director, you have to at least know the game to oversee the operations, staff etc.
As a director you are representing Softball nation "Chesapeake"
There are many more aspects to it but I'm sure you get the picture.
But in summary...if you have a complaint, file a protest who do you think is going to make judgement..with the reputation this guy has..do you trust him to make the right call?

When one already has a reputation for lying and deceit...would you actually trust that person to make truly unbiased decisions?
No one can tell you what to do...you will just have to ask around if you don't believe the postings here... then, make your call...
