you have it all wrong there realist...No one really cares what he does with his team. The fact is his real resume consists of the following:
2006-2007 wasn't selected to coach the SCAA all star team (coach pitch)- He fumed.
2007 - March 2008 - Hoodwinked Grandslam II into forming a tidewater lady bomber team with him as head coach - gen manager.
March-April 2008 - He was demoted to assistant coach because he didn't know anything about fast pitch softball - tried to employ coach pitch rules in a fastpitch tournament.
April 2008 - He quit.
2009 - Present Somehow got installed as GM of current team.
This is the resume he produces when asked.
1996- 1997 - Played 2nd Base for the Boston Red Socks
1997-1998 Special Teams Captain for the New England Patriots
2001 - Pedro Martinez' Personal Trainer
2006 - Won the coach pitch world series
etc, etc, etc
