Rules, you bring up good points. I suspect I know you. You forgot to mention how earlier this Fall in a tournament he was playing 2 age eligible but 12U rostered pitchers on his 10U team. This would be the true definition of playing down.
But this last tournament he apparently did not play them down and remarkably they placed 2nd. His website still says that they were "only Full Year 10U team in the bracket".
Funny how he forgot to mention his previous tournament and how they went 0-3 with 2 12U pitchers.
