First off until any of you grow a set an are willing to use your real names on the crap you post you should keep it to your self.
Second, I don't believe that there will be any conflict of intrest unless the teams that he is G.M. of are allowed to play in tournaments that he is directing, and they have already been told this and will not be allowed to enter. It is not uncommon for teams or orginazitions to host tournaments to raise funds.
Third I know nothing of what he has done in the past or what he does or does not do as a coach but I know what he has done as a G.M. is start up an orginization which in its first year has fielded 3 teams 10U, 12U and 14U.
Forth as to his chacter, when my daughter was invited to play on the 14U team, I had to go to him as a G.M. and tell him that only one person in my family is working and I don't think we will be able to afford for her to play with this team, and his response to me was "Don't worry about it I will help you find sponcership and do fund raisers so your daughter can play." which he did and continues to. I don't believe that my family is the only one but that is not my buisness to post.
If you don't like him don't play in the orginzation he runs or dont enter the tournaments he will be putting on but grow or borrow a freaking back bone if you want to bash someone for something they have or have not done or something you don't like, and use your name and e-mail address.
