WHY WOULD SN EVEN CONSIDER THIS MAN FOR THIS TYPE OF POSITION????? Are they not concerned for their own reputations?? If you appoint someone into this position, then you are saying they are qualified; which means to me that they have high morals and values, and are trustworthy and have the necesssary skills and knowledge to do the job correctly. Atleast in my opinion that's what it mean.
