Prior to the tournament, it was brought to all of the teams attention that the championship game was scheduled for 3:00 on Sunday and then changed four hours later, if that is the case then you should stick to that. There were teams that came as far as Chicago, and although we did not and possibly they did not make that game, they did have to make arrangements in travel. 3. Thursday night was the coaches meeting, teams were informed there was a possibility that they would have to play Friday night, and no games were ever played, ie money which could have been saved. Due to the fact that there were only twenty five teams, games could have been played on Friday night that would have allowed the tournament director to stick to that schedule as orignally stated. 4. In all National and Regional tournaments, I feel there should be two umpires alloted per game, we are all human and we do make mistakes, but by having two umpires, there would be "no disputed calls." Teams were also informed at the meeting that they should be ready to play thirty minutes prior to game time. I know of a team who was awarded a forfeit and then had to play a game because the other team was at another field. 5. When organizing a tournament with as many teams that were going to play, brackets should have been made up at the meeting prior to the tournament. This is what you would call "a blind draw". It seemed a little bit unfair when hearing the teams game times that in home state teams were given later times than out of state teams. I am sure that not only myself but other teams would consider this to be a bit biased. How could you not think that? There was also a situation where the umpire needed a rest, and I do agree with that, however more than one hour is a bit long. I feel that under the weather conditions being a player, fifteen minutes is adequate. It was not extremely hot to the point where the weather could have caused a heat stroke. 6. How could you not think that things were a bit unfair, when an umpire is taking over an hour break and also hearing that a team is waiting for a player to come from church? Being a person of faith, I am in Church every Sunday, and really don't like to miss, but I new when I made my committment to come down for the weekend, that I would have to miss. I want this person to be in Church on Sunday, but God will not penalize you for missing once in a while. In closing, most of you who read this will feel that I may be wrong in my assessment, but right is right and wrong is wrong! And I hope that in the future that the director's will take into consideration the committment and amount of time and effort that it takes for teams to make travel arrangements with families, jobs, and financially to play a game which we all love to play and keep that child in side of us that we like to bring out once in a while. All of you who feel like bashing me, bring it on. Good Bless and Good Luck to all teams for the rest of the season. I enjoyed talking to some of you an feel I have made new friends.

In response we did have a good time for the most part. We saw good sportsmanship from most of the teams. Howevever we also agree that it could have been organized a little better. With that being said here are our evaluations:
1. If you say yhat there is a possibility that teams could play on Friday at least make sure you are playing games. Teams have to make travel plans.
