John,if you are going to change rules please let ALL your umpires know the new ruling.I am talking about the orange safety bag and the ruling that it is now considered to be a part of the white.Either re-write the rule in the book,take away the orange bag completely,or let everyone of the NSA umpires that work for you know when you have changed a rule.
