I knew something was fishy about this. Even when I was in college and ERAC stopped by UH to preach about it. I never trusted it. When I was desperately looking for a job, I found the headline, learn to run your own business. I was caught on by that. Prior to my interviews, I found out about failingenterprise.com and read up all the horror stories. Regardless of what I read, I wanted to see for myself if it was how everyone said it to be. After working a couple months, I knew everything was true! A lot of employees were acting as if they'd be rich as if I were sitting in a pyramid scheme seminar (i have sat in some and its scary, brainwashed people all eager to make it big). It was up until I got picked to go to the airport did I realize I HATED Enterprise with a vengeance. I was NEVER top performer, yet they wanted me at the airport. The excuses I heard was you have other better skills. That's BS, I know Tang or Itagaki wanted me out of the branch because I was already losing my drive. Even Itagaki asked me why I'm not selling good. He asked if my job depended on it, would I do it? In hindsight, I think I wouldn't have done it. My whole time at the airport, I NEVER bothered to sell. There are times when customers wanted the coverage, I was a bit surprised, I even asked them if they were sure they wanted to take coverage!? lol
