Here's the rest of that "scoop" that you failed to include in your post:-
Following Bob Jenkins statement in The Bristol Evening Post concerning ground standards, Hellenic League General Manager, Brian King stated. "With regard to North Leigh's ground grading, a final check to ensure that North Leigh was still eligible for promotion from Step 5 to Step 4 was carried out by appointed representatives of The FA on Friday 25th April."
"North Leigh already had the required grading in place from previous seasons promotion preparation, the check was made to qualify that the ground still met the required entry standard, which was confirmed".
" The only point of contention that seems to be consistent with a lot of peoples opinions, is the unlit walk way from the car parking area to the ground enclosure. This has been addressed to a degree, however it does not form part of the ground grading criteria for entry to step 4. Though it may need to be further addressed in time for North Leigh to progress further up the ladder."
"The management committee of North Leigh are fully aware of that and will be looking to resolve this situation due course. Along with other improvements which though not necessarily required will be made to generally enhance the facilities at the Eynsham Hall Park ground ".
Therefore, no problems for North Leigh
