Didn't get the bullet...............though might have done if I hadn't resigned straight after Badshot game. Was alwys my intention to leave at the end of the season (made that decision last October!)and it wasn't the most closely guarded secret that Lloydy and Shelts were going to take over, just a question of when. I wanted to carry on following Acko with the side that we put together at the start of the season and were in top 6 for most of the second half of the season. Acko did a great job at Milton and we had a side that on it
's day was as good as most (North Leigh at home) and on other days worst than most (Wallingford at home and away!)I appreciated the players continuing support and commitment throughout the last few weeks, Mattie Whitehead who is proving to be an excellent coach in the making and i hope he gets opportunities to continue his development
