The Constitution of the Divisions for next season is starting to take shape though the final outcome will not be known until all issues are confirmed following conclusion of meetings this week at the Football Association offices.
However, Brian King advises that Sport Italia Hellenic League Champions North Leigh will play in the BGB Southern League, Division One South & West next season.
Unfortunately the clubs that were relegated from Step 4 did not produce a relegation to the Sport Italia Hellenic League, as a consequence, Harrow Hill is also reprieved from relegation to Division One status, along with Fairford Town and Abingdon Town.
The possibility of clubs folding and possible relegations through clubs at the higher levels not resolving their financial position and ground grading requirements by designated date’s has impacted on the promotion and relegation issues. Hence the retention of clubs due to be relegated to Step FIVE from Step FOUR and also further up the system.
