I have never read such rubbish as the match report on the letcombe website

1. If we (ciren) were so poor why was the score 3-2?
it was down to numerous missed chances, we also didnt take all our opportunities inclduing a great chance to equalise at 1-0
2. lets talk about the goals letcombe scored.
First goal was a handball so no complaints about the award of the penalty but there was a blatant handball missed by the lino in the build up which, had it been given, wouldnt have resulted in the penalty.
The second goal was an own goal, free kick taken from half way loften into the box and skimmed off a defenders head into the bottom corner so again extremely fortunate.
and thirdly a defensive msitake leaving midfielder unmarked in the box.
So out of 3 goals this supposedly "great" letcombe team managed to break us down once from open play whereas we did it twice.
Also, the loss of our centre back to a straight red card (was deserved) didnt help our cause but again, letcombe didnt manage to breach our "extremely poor" defence with an extra man.
So a little bit of arrogance on letcombes part?
If the score had been a smashing then its acceptable but when you have just scraped through then perhaps being a little more humble would be a good idea.
After all, letcombe arent exactly setting the league alight.
