There are people with alot to say but do not really know what the situation is at Bicester. There are some great people behind the scenes at Bicester but interms of football the team is very unfit, lacking quality and lacking confidence, not sure what preseason was done but is wasn't very good. A major change in players and attitude is needed and this will take time, once this has been done the results will then improve, a club in transition will not improve over night and need as much support as possible!!!Judge Bicester football club and their manager at the end of the season.
