What people forget is this is a forum where people can express there opinion. People may not like that opinion but there are many different opinions in football. I don’t understand why so called club officials of Bicester would even bother getting involved with the chat. Why do you have to prove yourself? Is it because you have done such a bad job? These are forums for fans to discuss what they think of there clubs and others. Why would managers get involved in this chat?
People are free to express there feelings they don’t always have to be helping at a club. Bicester you must admit you must be doing something wrong as the club is in debt and not very successful. Someone must to be blame? Or is it just bad luck? You can have really nice people at the club but that isn’t always the best way to run a club as you are finding. You need the right people at a football club. Why is the secretary slagging off players in the public? Is that his role?. I heard you only interviewed one person for the manager’s position out of 6 or 7 applicants why did the club do that? How did you know what the other managers could bring to the club? How did you know that none of the other manager’s didn’t have any type of financial backing which the club could benfit from?
The club must take the criticism from people as the decisions that the club has made has got them in the position its in. It doesn’t matter what anyone says on here you have to look at yourself Bicester Town Fc.
