Old school what are you going on about? 6 people applied for the position of manager at Bicester Town. Only 1 got interviewed and only 1 got the job. Bicester blame there troubles on the community no backing them. I read that in a programme the same programme the secretary slagged off players FACT! Would you follow a club that has people like that involved? Yet they want the communities money. The players he slagged off are part of the community and give up there time to play.
