Getting the cue from off-camera, he begins…
(Heinrich): Duality. Yin and yang. Plus and minus. Love and hate.
He settles himself back into his chair, sighing as he allows his left foot to push himself gently from side to side as he does so.
(Heinrich): I’ve gotten onto thinking about such things due to two, quite important individuals in my professional life at this moment. I’m speaking of course, of my current… ‘tag partner’, Senester, and the man I beat for my Spotlight title at ‘The Other Side’; Fallen.
Allowing his words to sink in, he carries on after a few moments pause…
(Heinrich): Now while one thinks before opening his mouth, the other most definitely does not. While one doesn’t need to voice his threats because his opponents already know what await, the other has to puff himself up so much that his opponents can’t see past him to realize it’s all just hot air… all talk and no action…
Grinning broadly, he leans forward.
(Heinrich): So, let’s spend a few minutes focusing on what you’ve said recently Steven… and in particular, that bit about me only pinning you when you were unconscious…
He leans back into the chair, as the camera pans out, revealing a large plasma screen sat up against the wall behind Heinrich, who obligingly scoots his chair out of the way fully, and grabs the remote, flicking it on, and pressing play…
The plasma screen comes to life, paused just near the end of his match at ‘The Other Side’…
Fallen rolls back into the into the ring as the bell sounds and the officials get out and wait ring side. Heinrich is dazed trying to focus on Fallen who is limping on a bad ankle. They are sizing each other up, and go to lock up, Heinrich maneuvers behind Fallen, but Fallen grabs his arms and runs towards him but Heinrich lets go and pushes him even harder sending him face first into the top turnbuckle. Fallen stumbles backwards as Heinrich goes behind him and lifts him up into his "Jäger Bomb" (Electric Chair Drop transitioned into a face-first powerbomb). He lands hard as Heinrich moves his leg and rolls over Fallen as the ref counts 1………… 2……….. and he just barely gets a shoulder up. The fans are on their feet as Heinrich goes for his weak spot and grabs his leg for an ankle-lock. Fallen kicks him in the face knocking him off and hobbles up, blood still flowing from his head and he kicks Heinrich in the gut and goes for the "Fallen Drop" (Pedigree) but Heinrich lifts up sending him to the mat with a backdrop. Heinrich pulls him up and sends him to the mat with the "The Vernichter" (Styles Clash). He goes for a cover and the ref counts 1…………… 2…………..3.
Heinrich cuts the power to the plasma screen and the camera obligingly zooms in to focus on him once more; as a condescending expression flourishes.
(Heinrich): Looked to me like you were fully conscious up until that point I hit “The Vernichter” on you there Steven, and even then, I distinctly remember you trying in vain to kick out… but fair enough, we’ll take you at your word, and assume that you were in fact unconscious when I pinned you. You ask ‘what does that say about me’, and I say, it means that even after getting pummelled by both you and Talon, dragged through the wringer, and being hit with your “Fallen Drop”, I still managed to go one further than you.
…
…
Now let me ask, ’what does that say about you’?
Now whether you want to admit it or not Steven, I do deserve this title, and have so for a long time. Now quit your whining over the fact that Jason and Vanessa don’t have anything nice to say about you, and go start preparing a better excuse than the one you trotted out just there, for when you get beaten by the Archangels!
Crossing his right leg over his left, he rest both his arms on the arm rests of the chair.
(Heinrich): And now onto my tag-partner for this Havoc… Senester…
Head shaking from side to side, he sighs quietly as he pinches the bridge of his nose.
(Heinrich): Honestly, I never thought I’d ever have to say those words together…
Coming out of his reverie, he focuses back on the camera.
(Heinrich): You ask of me Senester, ‘why do I detest your presence’? Well, firstly, ‘detest’ is such a strong word…
He smirks, before allowing his head to droop down, the fingers of his left hand tapping away on the arm rest for several long seconds before he lifts his head upwards, a look of steel in his eyes.
(Heinrich): The ‘ill fates’ that you bring to my door Senester…
He spits out each words.
(Heinrich): … include robbing me of my brother for nigh on four years and allowing our new World title holder to poison him not even a month ago… that’s just for starters. Now, you may feel that I’m taking liberties here, and using someone else’s misfortunes and pain to take a shot at you… but when it’s Hans, his door, is my door too.
Taking a moment, he softens the tone of his voice.
(Heinrich): Now then, you wish me to be at my best for this match; then your wish is my command Senester; but you needn’t have wasted your time saying it. I’ll stand beside you as a partner, I’ll watch your back, I’ll hold out my hand for the tag, and reach out to grasp yours in return.
That I’ll make sure I have some carbolic soap in my locker room to cleanse my hands afterwards is neither here nor there…
He allows himself a smile, although the edges are drawn taut.
(Heinrich): In fact, Senester, since you want to ‘get to know me’, and since we’ve never faced one another at all, how about we do our best to meet up before Havoc, get a sparring session in, go over tactics, how does that take you?
The cuts the feed, and the scene fades to black.
