"When men strive together one with another, and the wife of the one draweth near for to deliver her husband out of the hand of him that smiteth him, and putteth forth her hand, and taketh him by the secrets: then thou shalt cut off her hand, thine eye shall not pity her." (Deuteronomy 25:11-12)
(Senester): A challenge. Toss on your gloves, your shorts, wrap your wrist, fist and ankles, pop in a mouth piece and call yourself king of the cage in your little Lion’s Den. Or lace up the boots, toss on the elbow and knee pads and call yourself a true legend and veteran of the squared circle.
So…you desire to have an uninhibited confrontation. In fact you propose a fight, to allow me some retribution of my own for your actions at Havoc. Who do you think you are dealing with Parker? Don’t masquerade your own feeble desires with your paltry tidings. You claim to want this as an opportunity to restore you dignity. What dignity is it that you’ve lost? Furthermore, what fault of mine is it? You’ve navigated yourself into your current situation. Swallow your own shame Parker, don’t try feeding it to others because no one believes you.
You chose to save Diana’s life. You accepted the terms to our exchange of services. You bludgeoned a man to death with your own hands. You slept with another woman of your own free will. You spoke your own words in that courtroom, not mine. You exchanged Wisdom’s contract last week for one of your own, no one forced your hand. You’re the man who tried to shoot me at an awards ceremony a few years back. You’re the man who dragged your nephew Sean into this business and refused to train him, resulting in his severe injury. You’re the man who once beat Wisdom down in the ring just to prove a point. The list goes on Mr. Parker, so don’t lecture to me, and preach to the plebeians about your wretched dignity when you’ve continuously dug your own grave for years. It’s not dignity you want to fight for; you simply want to veil your shame.
In any event…I accept your challenge. Unfortunately, the results will prove to be most unfavorable to you. I excel and taking men in their own elements and their feeble challenges and humbling them. Ask Michael Dredge…he thought himself skilled with the blade and found my own prowess far superior to his own. I could have cleaved him in two, but I left him to remember his transgressions against me and their consequences, just as I will leave you. The best you can hope for in this pending encounter are more of the superficial blemishes you managed to extract at Havoc. I am no stranger to physical pain, it thresholds are my playground. It is a weapon, one that I wield far greater than any other.
That is for another day Butch Parker. At Havoc you have the enigmatic Judas Mercury. He’s been a thorn in my side, a pebble in my shoe since his arrival with his irritating meddling. It is unfortunate for him that you are such a liar. You pretend not to care about winning but I know you, this business knows you, that ring knows you Butch Parker. It is not a simple matter for you to walk in the ring, compete, win or lose and simply walk away. You’ve been out of action for a year. The world is watching you. They want to see if the physique still matches the abilities. Looking it and living it are two different things, are they not? You’ll use this as an opportunity to show that you are still Butch Parker. Your ego demands it whether you realize it or not. Then again, I’m certain Judas is aware of this, and is putting a few extra ace’s up his sleeve just for you.
Lastly…I did hear comments from Wisdom. It pleases me that she recognizes her fault to this situation. No doubt it was her own ego, and need to reassert herself as yours that she eagerly welcomed you back home last year. I admire her conviction. Few would stand idle and watch the man of their dreams knowingly have sex with another woman of his own choosing for a period of time. Few would care for his household, nurturing his family, reduced from a ring goddess to a mere house maid as she babysat your young niece and nephew. You may argue that she is no ordinary woman, and that is fair enough. Yet, few women who are professionals, who claim to have fought so hard in this industry as a woman for her slice of the pie would simply forget she was under contract, and neglect for a full year to recall that she only requested a hiatus. If only she hadn’t forgotten. If only she hadn’t spread her legs for you to fill. Tell me Parker, who did you enjoy sex with more? I think you enjoyed sex with Miverva much more than Wisdom, what other reason would you have engaged her as you did? Perhaps this unborn child of yours is the reaffirmation you both need, something other than a ring to prove your devotion to one another.
I will see you soon at Havoc Parker. I have approved your paternity test. It would appear that Shevington has brought in an expert on the subject. What he intends to find between us is very much a mystery, but I can assure you the results should come as a relief to you. These children do not belong to you. You should be used to disappointment when it comes to children anyway. As I recall, this isn’t Wisdom’s first pregnancy, or the first time you thought you were a father when it was divulged you were not. Wisdom aborted her last child after Dredge impregnated her. She kept it secret from you until you found out. She claimed it to be rape however, and now you both call Dredge your rival turned friend. You simply don’t know when to give up do you Parker? That’s okay, I know you don’t. It’s why I have you back now. Ronnie McNeil classified Buff as an “Old Warhorse”…but you Parker. Your more like an ungrateful mule. Your master will humble you before him, and you will be made to bare upon your back unimaginable weights and when you can carry no more, I shall will you to rise back to your feet until I have had my fill of your penance.
