It hadn’t exactly been a walk in the park for him, his first loss coming when Bryan Deas was wrongly beaten in the tag team match. But it has served a purpose, it brought to light the true colours of some and a given added motivation to right the wrong.
Noticing a small camera crew, he walks over to them ready to pour his thoughts forward for the fans. As he gets closer to them, they simply aim the camera at him and loft the big microphone high in the air.
“Hello Istanbul, Turkey! I’m just walking in to your Sinan Erdem Dome ready to give everything I have for these people up here!”
He raises his arms in the air, the crowd watching know he’s signalling to them so they begin cheering.
“The last time you seen me I tasted defeat, but thankfully it was my good friend Bryan Deas that took the loss, so I’m not feeling too bad about it. Tonight I’m stepping in the ring with Antonio Romano, someone that I look at and watch and think, ‘he’s gonna be a tough guy to beat’. I’ve scouted his moveset, his motivation and determination and all that’s left to do is put everything together and see if I can beat him.
I’m not expecting an easy match, I’m expecting one hell of a fight and as always, that’s something I look forward to. There’s not even a whole lot I have to say about the guy besides that, I don’t have any personal ill feeling towards the guy, this is purely all business.
And talking about business, that takes me to the whole deal with Judas Mercury and the All Star Championship. I’m honoured to be included amongst those names in the vote, and even more honoured simply to receive a vote. I don’t know if you’re meant to do a big ‘vote for me’ video but if we are, all I’m going to say is that if I’m picked, don’t worry that I’ve already wrestled tonight. The adrenaline and pride I have in my work will push me to still be at 100%. The cheers from these people will keep me going and the prize, the All Star Championship makes a very beautiful bonus for my efforts.
Istanbul, Turkey; thank you for allowing me fight for you, Havoc is going to be one hell of a night, and hopefully not the last time I fight in front of these great people.”
The crowds watching begin cheering again as he heads in to the building, inside he’s seen shaking hands with Bryan Deas who is pointing at his watch as if to say ‘you’re late’ as the feed cuts out.
OOC; Sorry for the lateness, and shortness of the post. I've been dealing with a family bereavement for a month now, which has taken a lot out of me but I am getting better.
