Mr. Price,
Congratulations on your Black Box draw. As noted at Blood, Sweat & Tears you are to open Havoc in the ring where you shall be presented with your winnings. The very nature of Black Box matches are that their winnings can remain unknown until actually received. At present, I can tell you not only as the Executive Director of Business Affairs, but as a fellow countrymen… Come to Havoc prepared; you have a difficult decision ahead of you. I will see you in the ring at the start of the show.
Cheers,
Mrs. Elizabeth Shevington
HWA Executive Director of Business Affairs
Mrs. Shevington,
Thank you for your memo, I am simply writing to acknowledge delivery and to say that I will be at Havoc just as prepared for anything as I have been throughout my career.
I hope that you are happy with my contributions to HWA so far, and that I can keep moving in the right direction.
Kindest regards,
Stuart Price
The longer he has to wait till the broadcast of Havoc the more he’s starting to feel confused about his soon to be revealed prize. It’s been a while since he’s been this intrigued with his situation. Could it be the papers to relinquish his position of wrestler? Could it be a title shot, a new job or the use of the companies private jet? Whatever it is, it’s proving to be something that is constantly popping in to his head during moments of silence.
He’s also got to contend with an upcoming match with his friend Bryan Deas, the ‘Ballistic One’ himself and possibly in, the eyes of England’s Favourite Wrestler, one of the most undervalued talents in this business today.
It’s been a few years now since they first met, at first at enemies walking similar paths. But Stu-E was impressed with how hard he worked to get where he was, clawing every step of the way and never getting too downhearted about his career mishaps. There’s a saying that goes something like ‘it ain’t how hard you can hit, it’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward’ and ever there was a slogan more apt, it would be that for Bryan Deas. In a lot of ways, you could call his story strangely motivational in many ways.
And it’s because of this that Stu-E has shunned all media outlets this week, choosing to keep his thoughts to himself and simply do what he does best, simply going out there and wrestling. He knows all about Bryan Deas, there’s no angle he could cover that hadn’t been covered before so what’s the point?
Bryan and Stu-E will go out there and wrestle their match, for the fans. It doesn’t matter who gets his hand raised as the victor. Or will it?
